North Carolina High School Soccer - John Paul II Catholic knocks off Bear Grass Charter

John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Bear Grass Charter Bears (Williamston, NC), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Saints face the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge, on Tuesday, May 2. John Paul II Catholic will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record.

With the loss, Bear Grass Charter drops to 9-7 on the season.
