The Rats now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Covenant Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, April 27. Black River will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Watervliet drops to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers host Covert (Covert, MI) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, April 28. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-3. Covert lost 8-0 in their recent league test against Lake Michigan Catholic (St. Joseph, MI)
