In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Mesa Ridge Grizzlies soccer squad scored a close 4-1 triumph over the Widefield Gladiators.
The Grizzlies (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Canon City (Canon City, CO). The Tigers come into the 4A/3A CSML South battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Canon City nudged Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO), 4-1, in a league battle.
The Gladiators (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cougars come into the 4A/3A CSML South battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Coronado nudged Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0, in a league battle.
