Illinois High School Baseball - Effingham can't hold off Farina South Central

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Farina South Central Cougars baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Effingham Flaming Hearts.
The Flaming Hearts (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Charleston (Charleston, IL). The Trojans go into the game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Charleston tipped Mattoon (Mattoon, IL), 5-4, in a league game.
