West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Preston drops to Buckhannon-Upshur

In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers lacrosse squad scored a good 15-1 victory over the Preston Knights.

The Buccaneers now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Fairmont Senior for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 3. Buckhannon-Upshur will face a Polar Bears squad coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Polar Bears record now stands at 5-6.

In their next game, the Knights face the Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV) in a WVSLA -DII East test, on Friday, April 28. Preston will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV).
