The Lake Forest Scouts lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the host Stevenson Patriots to 0 in the Scouts league triumph on Wednesday.
The Scouts (8-2) will now prepare for their game against York (Elmhurst, IL). The Dukes enter the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, York was overwhelmed by Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL), 18-8, in a non-league game.
The Patriots (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Vernon Hills was overwhelmed by New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 19-0, in a league game.
