Virginia High School Soccer - Granby knocks off Norcom

The Granby Comets soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Norcom Greyhounds to 2 in the Comets league victory on Wednesday.

Next, the Comets face the Woodside Wolverines (Newport News, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 27. Granby will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record. The Wolverines enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Warwick (Newport News, VA).

The Greyhounds now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Churchland for a non-league contest on Monday, May 1. Norcom will face a Truckers team coming off a 5-0 league win over Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Truckers record now stands at 7-5.
