Washington High School Softball - Anacortes loses to Lynden

The Lynden Lions softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Anacortes Seahawks to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Lynden improves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Lions host Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Friday, April 28. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 5-5. Mount Vernon lost 6-0 in their recent league game against Blaine (Blaine, WA)
In their next game, the Seahawks clash with the Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game, on Friday, April 28. Anacortes will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 21-7 league win over Sehome (Bellingham, WA).
