National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cedarville Indians (Cedarville, OH), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Blazers now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coldwater for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 29. National Trail will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Marion Local (Maria Stein, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Cedarville falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Madison Plains (London, OH) to face the Golden Eagles in a Ohio Heritage South challenge on Thursday, April 27. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 5-11.
