The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Colville Crimson Hawks (Colville, WA) and the visiting Priest River Spartans (Priest River, ID), saw Colville's softball squad achieve victory over Priest River by a count of 23-5.

The Crimson Hawks now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Medical Lake for a 1A Northeast match on Friday, April 28. Colville will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 10-1 league loss to Riverside (Chattaroy, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Priest River falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Newport (Newport, WA) to encounter the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 5-8.
