The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Dixon Rams (Dixon, CA) and the visiting Rodriguez Mustangs (Fairfield, CA), saw Dixon's softball squad achieve victory over Rodriguez by a count of 11-1.

The Rams now sport a 15-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mira Loma for a Golden Empire League match on Monday, May 1. Dixon will face a Matadors squad coming off a 22-0 league loss to Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 0-6.

The Mustangs (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Benicia overcame College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 12-9, in a league test.
