The Scio Loggers got by the visiting Creswell Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Loggers now possess a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they host Taft for a 3A-SD2 Special District 2 bout on Wednesday, May 1. Scio will face a Tigers team coming off a 18-0 league win over Sheridan (Sheridan, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 12-6.
Next, the Bulldogs face the La Pine Hawks (La Pine, OR) in a 3A Mountain Valley bout, on Tuesday, April 30. Creswell will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 12-6 record after their 6-4 league win over Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR).
