The DePaul Catholic Spartans lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the host Pompton Lakes Cardinals to 8 in the Spartans non-league win on Friday.

The Spartans (7-1) will now prepare for their game against Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Wayne Valley was overwhelmed by NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ), 9-5, in a non-league game.

The Cardinals (7-1) will now prepare for their game against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Bergen Tech nudged Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ), 9-7, in a non-league game.
