In Friday's league test, the visiting Fairport Red Raiders lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-10 victory over the Irondequoit Eagles.

The Red Raiders now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Corning-Painted Post for a non-league test on Monday, April 29. Fairport will face a Hawks squad coming off a 16-6 non-league loss to Ithaca (Ithaca, NY). The Hawks record now stands at 2-3.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets (Henrietta, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County I test, on Friday, May 3. Irondequoit will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Royal Comets come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 17-7 non-league win over Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY).
