Illinois High School Lacrosse - Naperville North nudges Maine South

In Friday's non-league contest, the Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL) lacrosse squad nipped the host Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL), by a count of 12-11.

Coming up next, the Huskies confront the Wheaton-Warrenville South/Wheaton North Tigers (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 29. Naperville North will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 4-6 record after their 20-9 non-league loss to Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL).

The Hawks now own a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Glenbrook North for a Central Suburban contest on Monday, April 29. Maine South will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 10-9 non-league win over Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 8-5.
