The Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Community School of Davidson Spartans to 1 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Friday.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a NCISAA Charlotte contest, on Tuesday, April 30. Charlotte Country Day School will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC).

The Spartans now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Christ the King for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A contest on Monday, April 29. Community School of Davidson will face a Crusaders team coming off a 9-0 league win over Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-3.
