In Friday's league test, the visiting Commack Cougars lacrosse squad scored a good 18-1 victory over the Copiague Eagles.

The Cougars now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ward Melville for a Section 11 I test on Tuesday, April 30. Commack will face a Patriots squad coming off a 13-6 league win over Connetquot (Bohemia, NY). The Patriots record now stands at 8-3.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Riverhead Blue Waves (Riverhead, NY) in a Section 11 I test, on Tuesday, April 30. Copiague will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Blue Waves come into the test with a 9-3 record after their 8-5 league win over William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY).
