The Point Pleasant Boro Panthers lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host Lacey Township Lions to 6 in the Panthers league win on Friday.

The Panthers (8-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Rose (Belmar, NJ). The Purple Roses go into the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, St. Rose was overwhelmed by Liberty (Jackson, NJ), 14-2, in a league game.

The Lions (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ). The Spartans go into the Shore B game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Ocean Township was overwhelmed by Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ), 5-4, in a non-league game.
