Illinois High School Lacrosse - St. Charles North can't get by Waubonsie Valley

In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Waubonsie Valley Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the St. Charles North North Stars.
The Warriors now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Naperville Central for a DuPage Valley test on Wednesday, May 1. Waubonsie Valley will face a Redhawks squad coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Redhawks record now stands at 4-9.
In their next game, the North Stars face the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 27. St. Charles North will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 10-2 league win over Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL).
