The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Salem Titans (Salem, OR) and the visiting Thurston Colts (Springfield, OR), saw West Salem's lacrosse team top Thurston by a margin of 20-5.

The Colts (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Roseburg (Roseburg, OR). The Indians enter the Southwest challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Roseburg was overwhelmed by South Eugene (Eugene, OR), 20-6, in a league challenge.
