Barlow Bruins (Gresham, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Grant Generals (Portland, OR), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bruins now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they host Gresham for a 6A Mt. Hood challenge on Monday, April 29. Barlow will face a Gophers squad coming off a 23-1 league win over Reynolds (Troutdale, OR). The Gophers record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Grant falls to 5-13 on the campaign. The Generals host Lincoln (Portland, OR) to face the Cardinals in a 6A Portland Interscholastic challenge on Monday, April 29. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 1-14. Lincoln lost 6-5 in their recent league challenge against Ida B. Wells (Portland, OR)
