The Edgerton Crimson Tide softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Delavan-Darien Comets to 1 in the Crimson Tide non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Edgerton improves its record to 3-7 on the year. The Crimson Tide host Stoughton (Stoughton, WI) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league game on Monday, April 29. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 5-8.

In their next game, the Comets clash with the Jefferson Eagles (Jefferson, WI) in a Rock Valley - Valley game, on Saturday, April 27. Delavan-Darien will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record.
