Maine High School Softball - Gray-New Gloucester falls to Freeport

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Freeport Falcons softball team scored a nice 18-1 win over the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots.
Coming up next, the Falcons battle the Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME) in a Class B South outing, on Monday, April 29. Freeport will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Shipbuilders enter the outing with a 0-3 record after their 13-3 league loss to Erskine Academy (South China, ME).
The Patriots (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Leavitt (Turner, ME). The Hornets enter the Class B South outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Leavitt ran past Erskine Academy (South China, ME), 11-1, in a league outing.
