Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Tecumseh Arrows (New Carlisle, OH), 8-1 in a league challenge.

The Lakers now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they host Anna for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. Indian Lake will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Lima Central Catholic (Lima, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Tecumseh falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Arrows travel to Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a record of 4-6. Lehman Catholic lost 6-5 in their recent league challenge against Covington (Covington, OH)
