La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Mary Academy-Bay View Bengals (East Providence, RI), 14-3 in a league challenge.

The Rams now own a 11-0 record. They take the field next when they host Prout for a Division 1 (State) challenge on Sunday, April 28. La Salle Academy will battle a Crusaders squad coming off a 8-6 league win over North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-0.

With the loss, St. Mary Academy-Bay View falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Prout (Wakefield, RI) to battle the Crusaders in a Division 1 (State) challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a record of 8-1. Prout lost 5-1 in their recent league challenge against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI)
