In Friday's non-league contest, the Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lynn English Bulldogs (Lynn, MA), by a margin of 5-0.

With the triumph, Saugus moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Sachems travel to Revere (Revere, MA) to play the Patriots in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 30. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 5-2.

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Revere Patriots (Revere, MA) in a Greater Boston contest, on Monday, April 29. Lynn English will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record.
