The Medina Battling Bees softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Olmsted Falls Bulldogs to 5 in the Battling Bees non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Medina improves its record to 12-3 on the year. The Battling Bees host Avon (Avon, OH) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 3-10. Avon lost 8-3 in their recent league game against Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern game, on Monday, April 29. Olmsted Falls will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Shoremen come into the game with a 7-11 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Vermilion (Vermilion, OH).
