With the triumph, Beardstown moves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Tigers host Quincy (Quincy, IL) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 1. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a record of 8-12.
The Spartans now possess a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Thomas More for a non-league contest on Monday, April 28. Olympia will confront a Sabers squad coming off a 27-4 non-league loss to Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL). The Sabers record now stands at 6-14.
