In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Deptford Spartans baseball team scored a close 14-11 victory over the Maple Shade Wildcats.
The Spartans (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ). The Colts enter the Tri-County - Liberty game with a 3-12 record. In their last game, Cumberland by West Deptford (Westville, NJ), 7-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wildcats face the Collingswood Panthers (Collingswood, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 26. Maple Shade will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 4-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Woodstown (Woodstown, NJ).
