Washington High School Baseball - Granite Falls defeats Sultan

The Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) baseball trounced the visiting Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA), 16-8 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Whidbey for a 1A Emerald Sound challenge on Monday, April 28. Granite Falls will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Overlake (Redmond, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-9.
With the defeat, Sultan drops to 4-10 on the year. The Turks host Blaine (Blaine, WA) to clash with the Borderites in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. The Borderites go into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Blaine lost 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Sehome (Bellingham, WA)
