Illinois High School Baseball - St. Laurence defeats Hanover Central

In Saturday's non-league game, the host St. Laurence Vikings baseball team scored a close 5-0 victory over the Hanover Central Wildcats.
The Vikings (16-3) will now prepare for their game against St. Rita (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs enter the Chicago Catholic - Blue game with a 9-10 record. In their last game, St. Rita held off Kenwood (Chicago, IL), 8-7, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wildcats face the Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads game, on Monday, April 28. Hanover Central will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Red Devils enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 21-1 non-league win over Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN).
