The West Muskingum Tornadoes baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host Ridgewood Generals to 1 in the Tornadoes non-league win on Saturday.

The Tornadoes now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host New Lexington for a Muskingum Valley test on Monday, April 28. West Muskingum will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 20-7 non-league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 5-7.

With the defeat, Ridgewood drops to 5-7 on the year. The Generals travel to Tuscarawas Valley (Zoarville, OH) to clash with the Trojans in a Inter Valley South test on Monday, April 28. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 7-5. Tuscarawas Valley lost 13-3 in their recent non-league test against Alliance (Alliance, OH)
