The Chavez Eagles topped the host South Gate Rams volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 26. Chavez will attempt to advance on its 7-19 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 8-13 record after their 3-1 league win over Valley Oaks CES (Sun Valley, CA).
The Rams (9-18) will now prepare for their game against Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 16-6 record. In their last game, Van Nuys went down by Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
