The Copley Indians (Copley, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH), 8-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Aurora for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. Copley will clash with a Greenmen team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Greenmen record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Perry drops to 1-6 on the year. The Panthers host Hoover (North Canton, OH) to clash with the Vikings in a challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Hoover won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Jackson (Massillon, OH)
