In Saturday's non-league test, the Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), by a count of 17-6.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA) in a Northwestern test, on Monday, April 28. Meridian will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Falcons enter the test with a 1-7 record after their 24-1 non-league loss to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA).

The Generals (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins enter the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Lake Braddock topped Fairfax (Fairfax, VA), 13-9, in a league test.
