The Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Genoa-Kingston Cogs (Genoa, IL), 15-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bucs now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marengo for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29.
With the defeat, Genoa-Kingston drops to 1-5 on the year. The Cogs host Winnebago (Winnebago, IL) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 1-4.
