Colorado High School Baseball - Brighton nips Rocky Mountain

The Brighton Bulldogs baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Rocky Mountain Lobos to 8 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain Range for a test on Tuesday, April 29. Brighton will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 9-2 league loss to Boulder (Boulder, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Rocky Mountain drops to 7-3 on the year. The Lobos travel to Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO) to clash with the Lambkins in a test on Tuesday, April 29. The Lambkins go into the test with a record of 6-6. Fort Collins won 16-7 in their recent league test against Greeley West (Greeley, CO)
