California High School Softball - Pleasant Grove bested by Liberty

The Liberty Lions triumphed over the visiting Pleasant Grove Eagles softball squad by a count of 18-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Pittsburg Pirates (Pittsburg, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 24-3 league loss to Freedom (Oakley, CA).

The Eagles (1-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA). The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 9-8 record.
