The Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA) lacrosse routed the visiting Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 17-1 in Saturday's league outing.

The Cadets now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop O'Connell for a Washington Catholic outing on Tuesday, April 29. Benedictine will face a Knights squad coming off a 22-6 non-league loss to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA). The Knights record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Bishop McNamara falls to 2-13 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to face the Panthers in a Washington Catholic outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 8-8. Paul VI won 11-7 in their recent league outing against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD)
