Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL), 11-7 in a league game.

With the victory, Marist advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The RedHawks host Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 8-3. Wheaton Academy won 21-4 in their recent non-league game against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI)

The Redwings now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waubonsie Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Benet Academy will play a Warriors team coming off a 19-7 non-league loss to Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 4-7.
