The Downingtown West Whippets held off the visiting Wilson Bulldogs lacrosse team by a tally of 13-12 in Saturday's non-league match.

Next up, the Whippets confront the Downingtown East Cougars (Exton, PA) in a Ches-Mont match, on Tuesday, April 29. Downingtown West will attempt to improve on its 13-1 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 5-2 record after their 9-3 league win over Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA).

The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Schuylkill Valley (Leesport, PA). The Panthers come into the Berks Inter-County match with a 3-5 record.
