The Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) lacrosse the visiting Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT), 8-6 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Old Lyme for a Shoreline outing on Thursday, May 1.
With the loss, Ellington falls to 2-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Granby Memorial (Granby, CT) to face the Bears in a North Central Connecticut outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 4-0. Granby Memorial won 23-1 in their recent non-league outing against Wolcott (Wolcott, CT)
