The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) and the visiting Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL), observed St. Charles North's softball team notch a victory over Antioch by a final score of 12-2.

The North Stars (11-3) will now prepare for their bout against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 11-6 record. In their last bout, West Chicago gained a win over Larkin (Elgin, IL), 11-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Sequoits battle the Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL) in a Northern Lake County bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Antioch will attempt to better on its 10-9 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Harvard (Harvard, IL).
