The Castle Knights softball squad (Newburgh, IN), was routed 4-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN)

With the triumph, Cathedral improves its record to 12-0 on the year. The Fighting Irish travel to Penn (Mishawaka, IN) to face the Kingsmen in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 26. The Kingsmen enter the contest with a record of 9-2. Penn won 15-0 in their recent league contest against Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN)

The Knights now hold a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Brownsburg for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 26. Castle will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-5.
