In Saturday's league test, the Deuel Cardinals (Clear Lake, SD) softball squad overwhelmed the host Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Rutland (Ramona, SD), by a tally of 10-1.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Castlewood Warriors (Castlewood, SD) in a Class B test, on Saturday, April 26. Deuel will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record.

The Rutland (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Arlington (Arlington, SD). The Cardinals go into the Class B test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Arlington was routed by Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD), 19-3, in a non-league test.
