In Saturday's non-league test, the Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL), by a count of 21-4.

Next, the Blue Streaks meet the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River test, on Tuesday, April 29. Woodstock will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 9-7 record after their 4-3 league win over Marengo (Marengo, IL).

The Maroons (2-13) will now prepare for their test against Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Sabres go into the Upstate Eight test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Streamwood was routed by Wheeling (Wheeling, IL), 16-1, in a non-league test.
