The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI) and the visiting Reed City Coyotes (Reed City, MI), observed Gladstone's softball team prevail over Reed City by a tally of 18-1.

The Braves (9-0) will now prepare for their bout against Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Irish go into the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Sacred Heart Academy was routed by Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI), 4-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI) in a Central State Activities Association-Gold bout, on Monday, April 28. Reed City will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record.
