The Hardin Valley Academy Hawks (Knoxville, TN) softball routed the visiting Tazewell Bulldogs (Tazewell, VA), 9-3 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Hawks now sport a 7-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lebanon for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 26. Hardin Valley Academy will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 14-0 league win over Graham (Bluefield, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Tazewell moves to 6-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Alcoa (Alcoa, TN) to confront the Tornadoes in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Tornadoes come into the battle with a record of 24-6. Alcoa won 16-1 in their recent league battle against Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN)
