The Richards Bulldogs softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen Park for a South Suburban battle on Monday, April 28. Richards will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Homewood-Flossmoor moves to 6-7 on the season. The Vikings travel to Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to confront the Boilermakers in a SouthWest Suburban battle on Monday, April 28. The Boilermakers come into the battle with a record of 9-7. Bradley-Bourbonnais lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL)
