Michigan High School Softball - Lakeland edges Riverview

April 26, 2025: Riverview, MI 48193

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI) and the host Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI), observed Lakeland's softball team get by Riverview by a tally of 9-7.

The Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their bout against Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Hartland tipped Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI), 12-8, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) in a Huron bout, on Monday, April 28. Riverview will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Jets go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Carlson (Gibraltar, MI).
